Free Throw Championship
Program Overview
The Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship is an annual competition that promotes sportsmanship, healthy competition, and community engagement among youth ages 9–14. Councils across Wisconsin host local competitions, with winners advancing through district and diocesan levels before competing at the State Championship. The program provides young people an opportunity to build confidence and demonstrate athletic skill in a positive, faith-based environment. The Wisconsin State Council proudly supports and coordinates the advancement process through all competitive levels.
