Pilgrim Icon

Overview

The Pilgrim Icon Program is a nationwide Knights of Columbus initiative that brings a sacred image to local councils and parishes to inspire prayer, devotion, and spiritual renewal.

Each cycle features a specific icon chosen by the Supreme Council. The current icon is the Sacred Heart of Jesus, inviting the faithful to reflect on Christ’s love and mercy while fostering deeper devotion within families and parish communities.

In Wisconsin, the State Council coordinates the traveling schedule of the icon, allowing councils across the state to host it for a designated period. Councils are encouraged to organize prayer services, parish events, and opportunities for veneration, making the icon’s visit a meaningful spiritual experience.
